I have bought and sold many properties with Renata and Ardian. They are the most professional, knowledgeable, passionate and devoted realtors you will encounter. Renata has an elegant touch and can do miracles with staging. She will always make sure you get the top dollar on any piece of property you sell and get the best price for anything you invest in. I can still hear her moto about the three most important things to keep in mind when buying a property Location, location, location. 😊 And guess what, she was always right. Ardi on the other hand is lawyer material - he has always gone above and beyond with all the paperwork involved in each transaction (and there is quite a lot involved). What makes them special and different from any other realtor out there is the love, devotion and passion they invest in every transaction they make, they always aim to build a long lasting and trusting relationship with their client.  For me personally, I can say they have gained my trust and helped me  build step by step what I call a real estate empire. We didn’t feel any pressure on this process, they made it exiting, and easy from the moment we started with the viewings to the moment we firmed up our offer. We called Ardian and Renata after we had previously listed twice our house with different realtors. Our confidence was low, and we were tired of hearing that we had to lower the price.

Renata and Ardian walked  through the house, and we all set in the kitchen. They both discussed about the importance of strategy they use choosing the right day to market the property, preparation before listing, and how to use each showing to our advantage, illustrating all their points with listing samples, making it easier for us to understand. To our surprise, they were confident we would sell the first week on our target price. Renata is a master at home staging, she made our house unrecognisable. Team Buli, prepared our apartment for sale in 4 days. Renata is an expert in home staging, she made the apartment look like a showroom. Ardian made sure to send flyers announcing our listing coming soon, and other marketing tools. We were given instructions regarding the easy way to up keep our home, and facilitate the showings. They sold our apartment in 4 days at a great price, Ardian is a great negotiator, matching the closing dates of both transactions. The buyers, had unexpected  issues with their financing, two weeks after the purchasing date, and at this point Ardian involved his Mortgage Broker to help the buyer’s agent and their clients.
